Culinary Escapade

In the lockdown period with an extensively exhaustive work load, I needed a vent to try out something new to keep my interests levels piqued up. And off I went into a culinary escapade!

For a person who was relying on food as a medium of sustenance, I had transcended into a master of making a variety of tasty dishes — Something that I hardly imagined that I ever had an aptitude for!

Taking up this creative journey had not only filled me up with satisfaction, but also had brought joy to the people who were blessed to taste the genius of my food !! That being said, my satisfaction was driven by self assessment aided by a sense of achievement of the seemingly impossible feat, and not as a measure of mirth or cringes on the faces of people consuming my food !! And what a great therapeutic & relaxing hobby it has been (as long as someone helped with washing the dishes).

So here goes the list that I could recall of the dishes cooked in the last 60 days.
